  1. Contact your insurance broker immediately. They will know the details of your policy coverage and will be able to advise you.

  3. Our Claims Team will then assist you in gathering all the information needed to move forward with your claim and to get you back up and running again.

If you are aware of an incident which could result in a claim being made against your business you can record the details using this incident report form.

We typically investigate claims using an independent adjuster. We have built a network of independent adjusters who will assist in investigating and documenting the claim and then working with you to bring the claim to a timely conclusion. If at any point during the claims process you have any questions you can discuss the claim with the adjuster or your broker.

We also have a network of contractors across the country experienced in handling insurance claims who can assist you in repairing and restoring your property.
